My 250GB Freeagent Go has been working fine, but now the Autostart window doesn't display when I plug it in.

The drive seems to be working, the light is on, and its recognised in My Computer but its says a file or directory is unreadable

or corrupted.

Freeagent Tools recognises the drive, but it wont lauch Ceedo. It says to check the Ceedo installation, but I can't access the

installation because I it doesn't open Auto start.

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this problem?

Many thanks.

Kudos!

Hi, I have exactly the same problem.

I uninistalled Ceedo thinking I could reinstall it to solve a problem. Now my FreeAgent drive is recognised under my computer as E: but when I click on it to explore I get an error message from Vista saying "E:/ Application not found".

I have downloaded and installed the Seagate Manager, but that does not seem to allow me to "explore" and I cannot find a reference to reinstall Ceedo.

I have found several download sites that refer to paying for a copy of Ceedo, is that my only option?

Thanks for any help

Kudos!

Hi:

To get Ceedo, your best bet is to contact Customer Service directly whether by phone, email, or chat.
Thanks.
