Freeagent Xtreme in Win7

I am having an issue where Win7 will no longer "see" my 1TB FAX.  I have tried both USB and eSATA to no avail.  Help please!

I had already looked through that thread...otherwise I wouldn't have posted.  The problem is there is nothing in there for Win7 and none of the Vista "tips" or "fixes" helped.
