I bought a 500GB Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS Hard Drive and recently it just locked itself up and not showing itself in BIOS. The hard drive is running it's just not showing up in BIOS. I can't get the firmware update because the hard drive isn't being recognized. Is there a way to get the firmware update even though it is all locked up? Or do i have to send it back to Seagate? If i do have to send it back can anyone give me a link to the information?
